The 2026 Ayia Napa Triathlon is just a few days away!

Please take a moment to review the Start List and ensure that all your details are correct. If you notice any discrepancies, kindly notify us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays during registration. No changes will be made on race day.

Important Event Information

There will be no live briefing before the event. However, all essential details are available on the event website, including:

• The online briefing
• Racecourse maps
• Race pack pickup schedule
• Race day procedures
• FAQs and competition rules

We also encourage you to check the News & Updates section for any last-minute announcements.

Race Guidelines

• During the bike course, always stay to the far left of your lane, allowing faster competitors to overtake from the right. Overtaking from the left will result in immediate disqualification.
• Be aware that emergency or authorized vehicles may enter the course if necessary.
• Relay team changes must take place at the designated bike spot in the Transition Area. Bib numbers should be passed between team members like a baton.
• Race pack pickup: You must present a photo ID to collect your race pack.

• 12:30 | Olympic & Sprint Distance Bike check-out (follow officials’ instructions)

• 14:30 | Middle Distance Bike check-out (follow officials’ instructions)

Parking Arrangements

• The parking area near the finish line will be open until 07:00 AM on Sunday.
• Between 07:00 – 12:30, access will be restricted due to the race.

Relay Team Transitions

• Relay team changes must be made at the bike spot of the team in the Transition Area.
• Bib numbers will be passed between team members like a baton.

We draw your attention to the Ayia Napa police station roundabout, which marks the start and end of the lap sections.

Run course
The race course follows the pedestrian pavement and cycle path. Participants are kindly requested to keep to the right at all times in order to avoid collisions with athletes approaching from the opposite direction.

We are excited to announce that, as part of the Ayia Napa Triathlon weekend on 21–22 March 2026, a new open water swim race will take place on Saturday, 21 March.

This swim race will be organized for the first time within the Ayia Napa Triathlon weekend, adding an exciting new dimension to the event.

The race is open not only to Ayia Napa Triathlon participants but also to anyone eager to challenge themselves in an open water swim and be part of this dynamic and inspiring weekend.

Time Change Reminder

On Sunday at 3:00 AM, clocks in Cyprus and all EU countries will move one hour forward for daylight saving time. Please adjust your clocks accordingly.

Dear Participant,Only a few days remain until 2024 Ayia Napa Triathlon.

We kindly ask you to check if the information in the Start List is correct. In case you think that something is wrong please notify us the soonest so that we will not have any unnecessary delays in the registration process. There will be no changes in the morning of the race.

Also,

1. Check the news & updates for last minute information
2. We would like to stress that it is very important during the bike course to stay always at the very left side of the lane allowing faster competitors to overtake from your right. Over-taking from the left leads immediately to disqualification.
3. Please consider the possibly of cars entering the course for emergencies or other reasons.
4. All team changes must occur at the team’s bike transition area (the bike rack).
5. To receive your race pack (see schedule). Expect to be asked to show a photo ID.
