Download the gpx from the Cyprus on Pedals website.
Open your Garmin Connect
Go to training
Courses
Import
And follow instructions to save new course. Now you have a course created.
Open the new course
Connect your device to your pc
Press “Send to Device”

You can upload a GPX file using Strava Labs project (independent of Strava) and you will be redirected to the Strava route builder to save the new route to your Strava account.
Click on Projects
Go down and click on GPX to Editable Route
Click on Upload GPX File
Choose GPX file, Enter
Save and Edit
Log In to your Strava account
Click Save and give it a name (i.e. Day-1)
You are done.
