Half Marathon, 10Km, 5Km.
6th December, 2020
The event cannot take place as described below and scheduled for December 6th 2020, due to restrictions imposed by the pandemic current situation in Cyprus.
Because of the above:
The events would be rescheduled in December or January as follows provided that the restrictions will allow the social gatherings of 50 persons or more:
in the morning, we will have three waves of 50 participants each for the 10Km Road Race.
Wave 1 at 08:00
Wave 2 at 09:30
Wave 3 at 11:00
in the afternoon, we will have three waves of 50 for the 5Km Road Race.
Wave 1 at 13:00
Wave 2 at 14:30
Wave 3 at 15:00
On Sunday, we will have two waves of 50 for the Half Marathon
Wave 1 at 08:00
Wave 2 at 11:002
The race course is changed to avoid crowded roads. The new course will be posted the soonest.
Everyone attending an event will be asked to complete and submit a pre-event health declaration online, two days before the race date, which can be shared on request with the ministry of health.
With the above in mind we can offer you the following options in case the race is cancelled or postponed for a new date:
1. transfer your registration as per the rescheduled dates in December or January
2. transfer your registration to the next year’s event scheduled for December 11/12, 2021
3. treat the event as a virtual running event free of charge. Run the distance you have stated upon registration till the end of December and send us an image proof of your results. We will send you in return the official participation certificate. Treating the event as virtual will not exclude your right to transfer your participation to any future edition of the event.
Either already registered or thinking to register now, please take the opportunity to enter any of the virtual races and support Autism Support Famagusta.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
