After the finish of the event, 6 free slots Ayia Napa Triathlon 2021 will be drawn as follows:
3 from the overall leaderboard (points accumulated from the participation in one or more of the distances)
3 from the lists of participation. One from each individual distance.

• Pick a distance or distances of your choice.
• Enter online using our online registration gateway.
• Complete your distance(s) anytime between March 1st and May 31st, 2021 on the course of your choice.
• Submit your evidence to us at info@nireastriathlon.com.
• You will receive a completion email with an official certificate of competition, congratulating you on this great accomplishment!
• The results of the draw for the free slots will be announced as immediately after the event is completed.

NOTES:

1. While there are no labeled age limits for athletes doing endurance events, it can be dangerous to the athlete from a physiological perspective. We recommend that you follow the age limits below:
   • Sprint Distance 15 years old and above
   • Olympic & Middle Distance 18 years old and above
2. You can send the evidence as a screenshot from an app, your watch, your laptop. Any digital fitness app will do, as long as we can get a clear understanding of your distance completed, finish time and the date it was completed on. Proof from smart treadmills is acceptable.
3. In the case that you want to enter one of the above distances but you don’t have the covenience to do the swimming due to any restrictions, you can change swimming to running and do a Duathlon as follows:
   • Sprint Distance: Run 2,5 Kilometers, Bike 20 kilometers, Run 5 kilometers
   • Olympic Distance: Run 5 Kilometers, Bike 40 kilometers and Run 10 kilometers
   • Middle Distance: Run 6 Kilometers, Bike 90 kilometers and Run 21 kilometers
4. To be considered a finisher, you simply need to complete the required distances for the specific multisport event you have entered.
